BARBARA WILSHERE

Barbara was born in South Africa to British parents and the family returned to Cheshire in 1965 when Barbara was 5 years old. Her interest in drama started at secondary school and she regularly participated in Cheshire Drama Courses, run by Peter Dornford-May, at the Menai Centre on Anglesey. She subsequently graduated from The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

Barbara is married to actor Paul Ridley and they live in Chiswick, West London. They have two sons, Jack and Hugo.
